ReplyDeleteI've just realised my comments didn't post, grrr! It's such a cultural shock isn't it? We are so so lucky to have basic sanitation and free healthcare back home! I witnessed an thyroid operation in OT the other day, and the equipment here, though this is the best hospital in Nepal by far, is so basic! When I come back in a year's time, I hope we can talk in medical language =)
